A restorative experience designed to calm your nervous system, release stress, and bring you back into balance. Using crystal bowls and other healing instruments, I create a soothing atmosphere that supports deep relaxation.

Sound healing can be offered one-on-one, in small, intimate groups, or as a larger experience for special occasions such as birthdays, bachelorette gatherings, or wellness events.
